Delta Place photo update, 11/26/08

Work has wrapped up on phase one of Delta Place, formerly known as Lion Hill Estates, at 577 Delta Avenue in Columbia Tusculum.

All of the units have been on the market for more than 450 days and none have sold, despite a September price drop from over $433,000 down to
$389,000.

A total of fourteen units are planned around a common courtyard, but it doesn't look like future phases will start any time soon.
