Does it bother anybody that Linden Pointe on the Lateral, a large office and retail development on the former Globe-Wernicke site in Norwood, has yet to sign a tenant?
The Enquirer reports that the $16 million first phase of Neyer's project is supposed to be finished by the end of this month.
The site enjoys fantastic highway access and visibility. Is the I-71 corridor seeing too much spec office development, or are firms being a little timid in the current uncertain economic climate?
The Citizens for a Better Norwood blog posted about this article yesterday. I would have expected some comments by now, but so far there haven't been any.
