Work continues on Phase I of the Elite in Mount Adams, which has been under construction since late 2005.
Avista Developers is building 12 townhouse units in four phases at Oregon and Monastery streets, just below the Rookwood Pottery building.
The 3,000-square-foot units feature elevators, marble fireplaces, rooftop terraces and two-car garages.
Two of the units are currently available for $945,000 to $1.1 million.
