USE: Single-family dwelling
OWNER: Ronald A. Brown
ASSESSED VALUE: $58,370
HAZARD: October 2007. Brown, one of the City's worst code violators who was once given 170 days in jail in housing court (!), asked for a Section 106 review of his property. ORDERS: Dating back to 2003 for junk cars, litter and debris.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
