New owner (Grandstaff) appears in April 2008, and new condemnation case started. Left rear corner found to be rotted and failing. Grandstaff replaces joists and sill without permits, moves in tenant. REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program. This one dragged on for far too long, with no consequences -- especially considering the fact that it was directly next to the Homes at Hillside Place, a development of five new three-bedroom houses that desperately needed to sell.
