Cause of death: Cracks in the foundation, missing and broken windows, an unsafe front porch, and an overgrown lot.
The house was condemned in March 2007 and declared a public nuisance in July 2007. In early 2009, the owner pled no contest to criminal charges and was entered into a diversion program.
The house was eventually lost in foreclosure and was razed by the City following asbestos abatement.
