- Four houses at Mornington Place, located at Shaw and Rosella avenues in Hyde Park, hit the market for just under $400,000.
- A vacant two-family in South Fairmount was razed after portions of the building began falling onto the street.
- Developer John Klosterman and business partner Jim Grawe made a plea for $1.7 million in gap financing from the City to create a "New Sedamsville", tearing down 25 blighted properties, rehabilitating 101 properties, and building 78 new housing units.
