Random project photo update, 12/2/08

These are a few random, smaller projects going on around the region.

Renovations have begun at Owl's Nest Park, where fill dirt from the Hoff Academic Quadrangle project is being added along Fairfax Avenue to raise the park up to street level.

In Lockland, ground has been broken at the corner of Elm and Mulberry streets for 8 new single-family houses, being built by Cincinnati Housing Partners.

Also in Lockland, foundations are going in for new single-family housing between Maple and Walnut streets.

In Mount Lookout, new single-family houses have been completed on Crocus Lane, at 3129 Kinmont Street, and at 3419 Ault View Avenue.

Finally, a 56,000-square-foot L.A. Fitness is under construction at Ibsen and Marburg avenues in Oakley, scheduled to open next spring.
