Building Cincinnati is now accepting nominations for the 2009 Building Cincinnati Development Awards.
You can let the world what we like - and what we don't like - by taking a few minutes to fill out this short, anonymous survey*.
This January, awards will be presented in 16 categories, including:
- Best/worst commercial or mixed-use development
- Best/worst townhouse or single-family development
- Best/worst condominium, apartment, or multi-family development
- Best/worst developer
- Best/worst community development corporation or development fund
- Most up-and-coming/most declining neighborhood business district
- Most improved/most declining neighborhood
- Biggest built eyesore
- Most pro-development/most anti-development politician or public official
Finalists will be chosen from the responses, with final voting opening December 26.
