- Shaw Condos, at 3420 Shaw Avenue in Hyde Park, unveiled its project website
- Work continued on the first phase of the Elite in Mount Adams, which started construction back in 2005
- Nearing completion of phase one, Linden Pointe on the Lateral in Norwood had yet to sign a tenant (they have since)
- Colerain Township ditched the clock tower idea in favor of a proposal for a vertical element, landscaping, and water feature at the corner of Colerain Avenue and Springdale Road
