Demolition and site grading continues for the future Burnet Avenue project in Avondale.
Uptown Consortium is developing the $52 million first phase of a large-scale neighborhood redevelopment on this property bounded by Burnet, Harvey and Maple avenues and Hickory Street.
This phase will include a six-story medical office building, a three-story mixed use building for the Cincinnati Herald and a 1,450-space parking garage, with a future sub-phase of up to 56 condominiums along Harvey Avenue.
Also pictured are a couple of shots of the Cross Hill Landominiums on Harvey Avenue, also in Avondale.
