The Niehaus Flats condominium project is close to receiving its certificate of occupancy.
The building, at 2725 Cleinview Avenue in East Walnut Hills, has undergone a massive rehabilitation to create two brand new condos over the past year. The condos include granite countertops, stainless appliances, wood-burning fireplaces and two full baths.
One of the units was purchased last month for $235,000. The other is apparently still available, but isn't in the real estate listings.
Niehaus Flats was built in 1912 and was once owned by the Wurlitzer piano family.
