Cause of death: The rear of the building was bulging and collapsing and the gutters and downspouts no longer existed. The porches were clearly unsafe and bricks were falling from the chimney. Vandals were constantly entering the building. The house may have been abandoned. It was condemned in November 2006 and declared a public nuisance in March.
