Old rendering of new townhomes
The on-again/off-again listing of 4 new townhomes at 2904-2910 Park Avenue in Walnut Hills is apparently on-again.
Three of the units hit the market this past week for between $140,800 and $164,392.
The brownstone-styled houses will be three stories tall and over 1,500 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, fireplaces and built-in rear garages.
The entry in the MLS of Greater Cincinnati claims that two units are pre-sold and two are still available*, with groundbreaking to occur soon.
Building Cincinnati learned about the project in June 2006, when the first listings appreared with prices in the mid $130s. They appeared in the listings again last March.
2904 Park Avenue is currently occupied by a derelict building that is scheduled for demolition. The rest of the lots are vacant.
That building changed ownership in September after the previous owner declared bankruptcy following the City's pursuit of criminal prosecution for code violations.
