Cause of death: Neglect and abandonment. Windows were broken, the gutters, eaves and downspouts no longer functioned, the siding was off and the concrete steps were crumbling. There were numerous electrical hazards. The owner apparently went bankrupt several years ago. The house was condemned in August 2006 and declared a public nuisance in April 2007.
