After a long wait, the four units in Comey's latest Mount Adams condo project have finally received their certificates of occupany.
The certificates were delayed due to an outstanding balance on previous building permits.
The former Civil War barracks building at 1117-1123 Wareham Street was gutted to the studs and has been completely rebuilt, with three bedrooms, two and a half baths gourmet kitchens and balconies. Two-car garages are built in to the rear of the structure.
The building previously contained eight units of about 1,000 square feet each.
Three of the units in the Barracks are still for sale for $675,000.
