Ramundo rants about proposed Gaslight development

In what could be better termed a rant than a news story, Clifton resident Michael Ramundo writes on Cincinnati.com about developer Jack Brand's proposal for a large mixed-use project along Ludlow Avenue in the Gaslight District.

Not only does he take issue with the scope of the project, but he questions the developer's intentions for other neighboring sites including the Ludlow Garage and the funeral home at Clifton and Hosea avenues, which has been vacant since 2004.

His wish is for Clifton Town Meeting to support by resolution Clifton's current zoning.

What it appears to be is a major beef with Clifton Town Meeting's Housing and Zoning subcommittee, on which he served until he was recently dismissed. Ramundo is also on Councilmember Laketa Cole's Community Council Working Group and has been highly critical of community councils in general.
