College Hill selected for 2014 CitiRama

A plot of land in College Hill has been selected as the site of the twelfth CitiRama home show, scheduled for September 2014.

Developers T.J. Ackermann and the Meierjohan Building Group plan 24 new homes on the 7.5-acre site, which is located behind current owner Renew Community Church and is accessible from Connecticut Avenue.

Between five and seven new homes will be built for the show and are expected to be priced from $160,000 to $300,000. Site work is scheduled to begin in January, and lots will be available for purchase by next May.

In addition to Meierjohan Building Group, Drees Homes, Maronda Homes, and Inverness Homes have committed to building at the site.

College Hill was selected from four neighborhoods for the urban development project.

CitiRama is a partnership between the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati and the City of Cincinnati. Past home shows have been held at Betts-Longworth and St. Ann's Common I and II in the West End, Brodbeck Park and Woodcrest Park in Westwood, Spencer Hill in Mount Lookout, the Villages of Daybreak in Bond Hill, and Rockford Woods and Virginia Place in Northside.
