44 buildings declared a public nuisance

Following public hearings held Dec. 28 by the Department of Community Development, Property Maintenance Code Enforcement, the following 44 buildings have been declared a public nuisance:

A public nuisance declaration subjects these buildings to demolition by governmental action, pending historic review, the awarding of bids, and the issuance of permits.
