ASSESSED VALUE: $26,380
ORDERS: April 2007, ordered vacated and barricaded due to drug dealing activity and kids partying inside. In June 2007, the house was found to be in good condition and the orders were closed. In July 2009, the building was again ordered vacated and barricaded, having been vandalized and missing some of its mechanicals.
CONDEMNED: November 2009, for broken windows, cracked and bulging masonry, missing downspouts, rotten siding, and litter. A criminal case was filed in April 2010, and Dillard tried to sell the building.
HAZARD: August 2010.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
