ORDERS: October 2008, ordered vacated and barricaded due to being found open to the public, with missing and vandalized mechanicals and litter and debris. In January 2009, the rear porch collapsed. A criminal case was filed in March 2009, but was dismissed two months later for want of prosecution.
CONDEMNED: June 2009, reissued in November 2009 for missing siding and broken and missing windows. The house was being offered for $30,000. Orders reissued in July 2010.
