Board of Housing Appeals, 11/7/12

Today at 1 P.M. at the Business Development and Permit Center, 3300 Central Parkway, Cincinnati's Board of Housing Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider orders against the following properties:

  • 17 W McMicken Ave, Over-the-Rhine (multi-family, 1885), suspension of Vacant Building Maintenance License (VBML) fee - continuance
  • 60 E McMicken Ave, Over-the-Rhine (mixed-use, 1870), suspension of VBML fee - continuance
  • 273 Renner St, Over-the-Rhine (single-family, 1865), suspension of VBML - continuance
  • 1912 Linn St, West End (two-family, 1885), suspension of VBML fee - continuance
  • 2014 Mohawk Pl, Over-the-Rhine (mixed-use, 1883), suspension of VBML fee
  • 137 Mulberry St, Over-the-Rhine (two-family, 1865), suspension of VBML fee
  • 1810 Freeman Ave, West End (three-family, 1887), suspension of VBML fee
  • 51 E Clifton, Over-the-Rhine (multi-family, 1890), suspension of VBML fee
  • 507 W McMicken Ave, Fairview (two-family, 1880), suspension of VBML fee
  • 1810 Vine St, Over-the-Rhine (mixed-use, 1865), suspension of VBML fee

And at 2 P.M., also at the Business Development and Permit Center:
Anyone with pertinent information or evidence for or against these suspensions, refunds, or appeals is encouraged to testify.
