Council approves 18 more condos for Stetson Square

Eighteen more condominium units are coming to The Village at Stetson Square in Corryville, thanks to approval from Cincinnati City Council.

At its meeting last Wednesday, Council unanimously approved a major amendment to the final development plan for Planned Development District (PD) #9, allowing Great Traditions Development Group, Inc. to construct four buildings and 36 parking spaces on Block "I", an area bounded by Eden Avenue and E Rochelle, Gerard, and Donahue streets.

Sixteen of the units will be 1,000 square feet, with one bedroom and a study; two 1,500-square-foot townhome units will include two bedrooms. No price points have been announced.

Construction of the four buildings is expected to begin in September, with the first building completed next April. Build out is scheduled for May 2015.

Final improvement plans – such as landscaping, lighting, and signage – still must be reviewed by Department of City Planning and Buildings staff prior to the issuance of any building permits.

Established as PD #9 in December 2003, The Village at Stetson Square currently includes approximately 68,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of street-level retail, 205 apartment units, 86 condominium units, and three below-grade parking garages containing 688 parking spaces.
