HAZARD: September 2010.
CONDEMNED: January 2008, following a New Year's Day fire that caused $10,000 in damage. The house was vacant at the time and, following the fire, neighborhood children were seen entering and exiting through the missing windows. Condemnation orders were re-issued to a new owner in August 2008. By 2009, it had become a crack house. A criminal case was filed in June 2010. Three months later, the owners pled no contest, were found guilty, and were given a 180-day suspended sentence, two years of probation, and a $100 fine plus court costs.
ORDERS: December 2007, for fencing, exterior paint, exterior handrails, weather tightness, and swimming pool enclosure.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
