The City of Cincinnati's Director of Buildings and Inspections will hold a public hearing Friday at 9 A.M. in the Main Conference Room of the Building Development and Permit Center, 3300 Central Parkway, to determine if the following buildings should be declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program:

- 743 Greenwood Ave, Avondale (multi-family, 1900)
- 2201 Ferguson Rd, West Price Hill (commercial garage, 1953)
- 2211 Ferguson Rd, West Price Hill (single-family, 1937)
- 2215 Ferguson Rd, West Price Hill (two-family, 1937)
- 3819 St. Lawrence Ave, West Price Hill (mixed-use, 1912)
- 1378 Hopple St, Camp Washington (single-family, 1881)
- 1380 Hopple St, Camp Washington (single-family, 1882)
- 3140 Beekman St, Millvale (industrial warehouse, 1924)
- 1214 Beech Ave, West Price Hill (single-family, 1900)
- 2139 Colerain Ave, West End (mixed-use, 1888)
- 121 Lyon St, Clifton Heights (two-family, 1890)
