Cause of death: A crack in the front foundation wall, missing and damaged roofing, settling of the concrete slab, failing gutters, and excessive litter and debris. Raccoons and opossums were seen entering and exiting the property on a regular basis.

The house was condemned in May 2008. It appears that the owner passed away.

It was declared a public nuisance in September 2008 and razed by the City following asbestos abatement.
