Cause of death: Owned by the Cincinnati Zoo Foundation since last August, when it was purchased along with the adjoining property for $55,500, this house was demolished to expand a parking lot.

There were outstanding orders on the windows, gutters and downspouts, garage, and fence (caused by a fallen tree), but the house wasn't ordered vacant or condemned at the time of demolition.
