Alexus Development is building two single-family attached townhomes at 418-420 McDowell Street in Columbia Tusculum.

Listed for $399,000 by RE/MAX Unlimited, the three-bedroom houses feature open floor plans and custom finishes.

An abandoned single-family house on the site was razed in August 2007.

Alexus Development has several recent projects in Columbia Tusculum and Mount Lookout, including a single-family house at 3554 McGuffey Avenue and Lookout Terrace, six attached townhomes at 623-633 Athens Avenue.

The developer has a model home in Lookout Terrace at 625 Athens Avenue.
