Land bank to sell Mount Auburn lot for new SFD

Cincinnati City Council has approved unanimously the sale of surplus Mount Auburn property to Davenport Realty Group, LLC through the Cincinnati Land Reutilization Program (CLRP).

The developer will purchase the property at 2200 Loth Street for the fair market value of $1,000, with plans to build a new single-family home.

The City has owned the land since 2004, and auditor records show that the lot has been vacant since at least 1996.

CLRP, established by council in 1996 to return abandoned property to tax-generating use, is managed by the Department of City Planning.
