Cause of death: Crushed by a tree, leaving a gaping hole in the roof. The right rear foundation was deteriorated, the windows were broken out, and it was open to the public and likely vandalized. The owner, who lives down the street, apparently was looking to rezone the property. It was condemned in January 2008 and ultimately razed by the owner.
