Cause of death: Severe deterioration, including water damage and structural defects dating back to at least 2003. It was condemned in September 2005. This 612-square-foot beauty was then purchased by an out-of-town owner as an investment, but found rehabilitation to be too costly. A criminal case was filed in September 2006, but so far it hasn't been heard. It was finally declared a public nuisance in December 2006 and razed by the City.
