One year ago today, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing applied for $7 million in tax credits to create 54 affordable housing units along Mulberry, E Clifton, Vine and Peete, and Stephens Construction announced that they would soon break ground on two new single-family homes at their Summit Commons project in Hyde Park.
