Four homes in pre-sales at Seneca Place

Four new homes at the Seneca Place development in Covington's Austinburg neighborhood are now in pre-sales.

The homes, being built by the Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington at 514-520 Thomas Street (BIRD'S EYE), are listed for between $149,900 and $186,678.

All are assembled in a modular style and are Energy Star-rated.

The homes are being sold by Huff Realty.

In addition to Huff realty, other project partners include the City of Covington, the Austinburg Neighborhood Association, LISC, Phoenix Building Solutions, and Superior Walls.

At buildout, Seneca Place will feature 12 new single-family homes.

The development, which is named after early neighborhood settler Seneca Austin, is the first new residential project in Austinburg in decades.

Two completed homes, which were built to serve as models for the development, have yet to sell.
