Jordan Park photo update, 4/16/08

Jordan Park has been topped off, with roofing work underway and some exterior cladding installed on the rear of the units.

Greiwe Development Group is building the 26 condominiums along the 3900 block of Miami Avenue (BIRD'S EYE), just off of Mariemont Square.

The buildings are being designed in the Tudor Revival style to complement the architecture of the square, and units will start at $430,000.

More than half of the condos have already sold, and Rick Greiwe says he is now considering similar projects near the square.
