A public hearing on rezoning for the Incline Square development will be held Wednesday at 1 PM in Suite 700 at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Downtown.
The Department of City Planning will be discussing the effects that rezoning could have on the surrounding East Price Hill neighborhood.
Located near Queens Tower and Olden View Park, the $50 million Incline Square mixed-use development will feature condominiums, restaurants, offices, a medical office building and a revamped park and promenade.
Current zoning at the project site is a patchwork of multi-family and single-family districts of varying densities.
Since the project is so large in scale, it is likely that developers City Lights Development will pursue a planned development district (PD) for the area.
Last month, Cincinnati City Council adopted a motion formally recognizing the Incline District as a sub-neighborhood of East Price Hill.
