The City Planning Commission will consider today a recommendation on a plat of subdivision for phases two and three of the Bluffs at Woodcrest in Westwood.
M/I Homes is building the subdivision on 13.1 acres near the intersection of Queen City and Sunset avenues (BIRD'S EYE).
Phase Two of the project will contais six lots, and Phase Three will contain 12.
Phase One consisted of 21 lots, of which 12 have been sold.
Eventually, M/I Homes plans to build a total of 60 attached single-family units.
