Nordstrom photo update, 3/1/08

A huge hole in the ground is waiting to accommodate a parking garage for the new Nordstrom store adjacent to Kenwood Towne Centre.

The 140,000-square-foot store is expected to open in fall 2009.

General Growth Properties is the developer.

The site, at the corner of Montgomery and Kenwood roads (BIRD'S EYE), was formerly occupied by Parisian and its adjoining parking deck.
