Little is known about this project at 372-376 Baum Street (BIRD'S EYE), but site demolition and grading continues.
The lots were purchased for just over $1 million in January 2007 by the JFP Group, and the rumor is that they will be building 10 row houses over two phases.
Of special note is the demolition of some of the remnant piers of the Mount Adams Incline, which line the western portion of the site.
