JFP Properties has purchased three vacant residential lots at 372-386 Baum St for just over $1,000,000. You might know these folks from their work on the McAlpin, McMillan Manor and the proposed Highland Lofts.
1238 Elsinore Pl is supposed to be demolished some time soon. This is right next to the completed three-unit project. I believe this is being done by the same folks. This property is in good shape--it's going down for a reason. It's either for more modern infill housing or for the benefit of the new project next door. I wouldn't be surprised to see more of those houses go eventually, though none will be torn down in the near future.
