This appears to be nearing completion, at least as far as the exterior goes.
This building, on Vine at 70th St, replaces a truly horrible building with asphalt siding.
The redevelopment project is by Cincinnati Housing Partners, who has been doing a lot of positive, quality work in and around Carthage.
