Columbia Tusculum

I still have no idea what this is (it appears to be townhomes), but it's at the corner of Columbia Parkway and Stanley Avenue, next to Starbucks.


A new home is being built by R John Construction at 485 Stanley Avenue.


A new home built by Boulder Construction at 467 Missouri Avenue looks completed.




Newport

Here's a shot of the first SouthShore condo tower in Newport, taken from Mount Adams.

SouthShore photo update: Perspective

On August 29, I posted several street-level pictures of the construction progress on the SouthShore condo project in Newport. (Link below.)

Due to access issues, it was kind of hard to tell just how massive the built footprint actually is.

Here's a photo I took on Tuesday from Mount Adams. It's hazy*, but you get the idea.

It looks like they've got the four-story garage structure pretty much built.

The completed project will also include two towers with about 150 condo units and an 80,000 square foot office building.*
