• 2323 W McMicken Ave, Fairview (single-family, 1865), suspension of VBML fee

• 5141 Rhode Island Ave, Bond Hill (single-family, 1910), suspension of VBML fee - continuance
• 1304 Main St, Over-the-Rhine (mixed-use, 1850), relief from building code orders
• 3234 Bishop St, Corryville (three-family, 1885), relief from building code orders
• 995 Lenox Pl, North Avondale (single-family, 1920), relief from building code orders
• 442 Liberty Hill, Mount Auburn (single-family, 1875), suspension of VBML fee
• 2322 St. James Ave, Walnut Hills (single-family, 1920), suspension of VBML fee
• 4449 Hillside Ave, Riverside (multi-family, 1864), suspension of VBML fee
• 2311 Gest St, Lower Price Hill (single-family, 1880), suspension of VBML fee
