City seeking input on Delta restriping

The City of Cincinnati will be restriping Delta Avenue early next year, and the Department of Transportation and Engineering is seeking public input on a proposed lane reconfiguration.

The segment of roadway between Columbia Parkway and Erie Avenue currently has two travel lanes and one on-street parking lane in each direction.

The new design would provide one travel lane, one dedicated parking lane, and one five-foot-wide bike lane in each direction; plus a center-turn lane.

A new traffic signal would be installed at Kroger Avenue, an improvement that has long been requested by the Mount Lookout Community Council.

The survey will remain open throughout the summer.
