ORDERS: May 2004, for exterior paint, gutters and downspouts, and roof. Orders reissued in September 2009 for exterior hand rail, porch, exterior paint, and siding. Orders reissued in May 2010 for the water heater, chimney flues, electric fixtures, toilets, water leaks and damage, plaster, interior hand rail, smoke detectors, porch, roof, wiring, wall and floor structures, plumbing lines, and a non-conforming heating device. A criminal case was filed in July 2010 and, in May 2011, the owner pled no contest and was entered into a housing compliance program. No work was done, and the owner told the City that it had been broken into and the pipes had been stolen. The owner was sentenced to one year of probation, a 180-say suspended jail sentence, and court costs...and was required to make repairs or sell the house. The property was ordered vacated and barricaded in March 2012. A civil fine was issued in August 2012. Owner claimed that the house had been vandalized by a former tenant.

REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program. Acquired by Verdin in March 2013.
