The City of Cincinnati's Urban Conservator, Larry Harris, will hold a public hearing today at 2 P.M., Centennial Two, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 720, to determine the historic significance of 12 buildings that have been condemned and/or declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
All of the following buildings are more than 50 years old and subject to review under Section 1101-57.1(1) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code:
- 1026 Beech Ave, West Price Hill (two-family, 1893)
- 1518 Blair Ave, Evanston (two-family, 1900)
- 2823 Glenway Ave, East Price Hill (multi-family, 1910)
- 1231 Iliff Ave, West Price Hill (two-family, 1900)
- 1123 Main St, Over-the-Rhine (commercial, 1865)
- 3063 Mathers St, Walnut Hills (two-family, 1912)
- 3157 McHenry Ave, Westwood (single-family, 1923)
- 1231 Rossmore Ave, Bond Hill (single-family, 1926)
- 3138 Saffer St, North Fairmount (multi-family, 1961)
- 1421 State Ave, Lower Price Hill (single-family, 1870)
- 1712 William H Taft Rd, East Walnut Hills (three-family, 1894)
- 5868 Winton Ridge Ln, Spring Grove Village (single-family, 1953)
