Construction photos: Views on Vine, 4/6/13

Corryville's Views on Vine project is under roof and on target for its August opening.

The $20 million project, being developed in partnership by Uptown Rental Properties and North American Properties, will add 102 apartment units, 18,400 square feet of retail and commercial space, and a 190-space parking garage on the block bounded by Vine Street, W University Avenue, Glendora Avenue, and W Daniels Street.

The site was formerly occupied by Schiel School, which was incorporated into Over-the-Rhine's School for Creative and Performing Arts in 2010. The 100-year-old school building was demolished in late 2011.

Views on Vine is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and is seeking LEED Silver certification.

The following photos were taken on April 6, 2013 and starts at the corner of Vine Street and W University Avenue, then heads down W University Avenue and circles the block counterclockwise.
