ORDERS: July 2008, ordered vacated and barricaded due to siding, gutters and downspouts, defective front porch, broken windows, and exterior paint. A criminal case was filed in January 2009, and two months later the owner pled "no contest" and was given a 180-day suspended jail sentence, one year of probation, and court costs. Interior work was largely completed, but exterior work was not. In March 2010, probation was extended for two years.
