ASSESSED VALUE: $53,720
ORDERS: June 2007, for a retaining wall. The owner of the house was deceased, and the property had become overgrown and used by vagrants. In June 2008, the driveway retaining wall collapsed and orders were reissued. Orders were reissued in August 2008, adding exterior paint.
CONDEMNED: July 2010, for a broken foundation wall that was leaning into the garage area and causing the entire building to be a hazard. As of August 2011, ownership of the property was still being worked out in probate court.
HAZARD: May 2012, adding gutters and downspouts and broken and missing windows. Condemnation orders were reissued in September 2012.
REASON RAZED: Declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program. Demolished using Moving Ohio Forward funding.
