The City of Cincinnati's Director of Buildings and Inspections will hold a public hearing Friday at 9 A.M. in the Main Conference Room of the Building Development and Permit Center, 3300 Central Parkway, to determine if the following buildings should be declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program:

- 540 York St, West End (single-family, 1875)
- 814 Cleveland Ave, Avondale (three-family, 1916)
- 2331 Highland Ave, Mount Auburn (multi-family, 1910)
- 2333 Concord St, Walnut Hills (multi-family, 1895)
- 3508 W Eighth St, East Price Hill (single-family, 1913)
- 4300 Leeper St, Northside (single-family, 1883)
- 1012 Purcell Ave, East Price Hill (two-family, 1904)
- 901 Blair Ave, Avondale (three-family, 1925)
- 1932 State Ave, South Fairmount (single-family, 1900)
- 1763 Esmonde St, South Fairmount (single-family, 1900)
- 3817 Spring Grove Ave, Northside (commercial warehouse, 1900)
- 956 Mansion Ave, East Price Hill (single-family, 1885)
- 3815 Davoran St, West Price Hill (single-family, 1915)
- 1926 Horton St, South Fairmount (single-family, 1865)
- 1570 Tremont St, South Fairmount (two-family, 1889)
