The City of Cincinnati's Urban Conservator, Larry Harris, will hold a public hearing today at 2 P.M., Centennial Two, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 720, to determine the historic significance of buildings that are subject to being declared a public nuisance and entered into the City's hazard abatement program.
All of the following buildings are more than 50 years old and subject to review under Section 1101-57.1(1) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code:

- 976 Kirbert Ave, East Price Hill (Single-family, 1914)
- 953 Fairbanks Ave, East Price Hill (Two-family, 1884)
- 4544 North Edgewood Ave, Spring Grove Village (Two-family, 1895)
- 515 Hale Ave, Avondale (???)
- 1743 Esmonde St, South Fairmount (Three-family, 1926)
- 636 Delhi Ave, Sedamsville (Two-family, 1890)
- 1017 Purcell Ave, East Price Hill (Multi-family, 1900)
- 4097 W Eighth St, West Price Hill (Single-family, 1915)
- 672 Steiner St, Sedamsville (Single-familt, 1904)
- 817 Chateau Ave, East Price Hill (Multi-family, 1900)
- 701 Sedam St, Sedamsville (Single-family, 1890)
